Promo Mechanics:

1. The “12 Weeks of Christmas” promo runs from December 9, 2009 to February 27, 2010.
  

2. This promo is open to salaried individuals who:
    

a. are between 23 and 60 years old upon loan maturity;
    

b. are earning a minimum gross salary of P15,000.00 per month if working within the Greater Manila Area (GMA) and P10,000.00 if working outside GMA but Within Perimeter Service Area (WIPSA); and
        

c. are at least one (1) year with current employer or have a total of three (3) years work experience, including present work. For call center employees, at least two (2) years with current employer.
  

3. Available loan terms and interest rates are the following:

4. Who are qualified for the promo?

a. all new personal loan bookings which are not under the Bank’s Salary-deduction Loan Program;
        

b. with loan amount of at least P50,000.00 for Metro Manila-based loan applicants and P40,000.00 for loan applicants outside Metro Manila;
        

c. loan applications that have been approved prior / during and availed within the promo period; and
        

d. loan term should either be 24 or 36 months only
  

e. Qualified borrowers under the Re-availment Program can also join the promotion provided that they have paid at least 50% of their loan term. Standard rates will be applied to them.
  

5. Should the borrower avail of his/her loan within three (3) banking days from approval notice, the processing fee will be waived.
  

6. The following documents are required for processing of the loan:
        

a. completely filled-out application form
        

b. photocopy of employee ID (with photo and signature)
        

c. photocopy of latest ITR (BIR Form 2316)
        

d. latest one (1) month payslip

Note: Other documents may be required to process the loan.
  

7. Each borrower will be assigned with raffle number/s depending on the following loan amount:

10. A borrower can only win once. Non-winning entries in the weekly draw will still be included in the remaining weekly draws of a particular month. Should the raffle number/s not picked in one month’s time, they are no longer qualified to win a prize.
 

11. All winners will be notified thru registered mail which should be presented upon claiming the prize with any of the following valid identification cards: driver’s license, passport, or company ID. Details in claiming the prize will be included in the registered mail.
 

12. If prizes are not claimed within ninety (90) banking days from receipt of notification, it will be forfeited, in favor of Chinatrust, upon DTI approval.
 

13. The motorcycle prize comes with free registration and insurance. Applicable taxes will be paid by Chinatrust.
 

14. Employees of Chinatrust and its relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
 

15. In case of dispute, Chinatrust’s decision, in agreement with DTI, shall be final.
